This device is too low powered. The screw holder feature sounded great but does not work well. I am sorry I ever bought it.

i bought this item a few months ago and the ratchet will not change the bits from one to the other. i plan to call the co. but have not had time to do so. they are a great co. and i know they will make right.

When changing the bits, we recommend sliding the slide cover back past the line until you hear a click, then push it forward to expose the bit. Repeat this until the desired bit is exposed.

Quality less than desired

Got this for Christmas and just had a chance to use it and am very disappointed with results. Will go back to using my SunJoe screwdriver which was a better value and seems to work better. Would return this if I had the receipt
