Excellent little driver

I bought this to replace my current driver, and am glad I did. First off, the forward/reverse switch is in a very convenient location, this may not sound like much, but as a wood turner I'm often moving parts where unscrewing then screwing them back into a different place is necessary, I don't have to change the position of the driver to do this. Second, the revolving bit holder is awesome, I have loaded it with what I use the most, now it only takes seconds to change bits. Lastly, the screw holder works great, especially with smaller screws that I always seem to drop just as I'm ready to drive it in, and being removable allows me to get up close with smaller screws. This little driver has great torque for its size, fits comfortably in your hand, and is well worth the price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The item is the same as the original, with add on screw holder for support while doing general projects. Don't have to hold the screw is a extra plus by WORX.

baby boomers delight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 70yrs.old with arthritis and have lost strength in my hands. I thought the joy I get working with my hands ("on my projects" as my wife calls them) was over.
I have tried other SD drivers and always end up dissapointed and frustrated.
I figured I had nothing to lose, so I bought the WORX corded screw driver.

Well, I can now get back to my projects and even finish them faster.
The WORX has brought back to me the pleasure of working with my hands.
It has great power and precision, to quickly change the heads and the screw
holder allows me to not even have to hold the screws. Even my wife loves it,
because I am no longer sitting around the house and bugging her.

This tool should be in every Baby Boomers tool kit. I don't think the WORX
people realize how important a tool like this can be to Baby Boomers.

I needed it the day after it arrived--plus I had already charged it the day I got it. I especially liked how the screw holder worked & the built it bit holder made it even easier to use--plenty of power for my needs

My go to electric screw driver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Five years ago, my wife gave me the worx SD WX255L and the XTD WX252L electric screw drivers. I am a homeowner, woodworker and wood turner. Al of which often requires the use of a screw driver. Depending on the situation I will use one of the above. I particularly like the SD driver that has six of the most common bits that allows you to rotate the one you need, close the bit compartment and it's ready to use. I have used these drivers more in the five years than some people in a life time. The rechargeable batteries are still holding a charge almost as well when new. I do recommend ether driver. Both make a good combination, as I have found the extended reach driver useful many times.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice and Handy

I've just had this for about a week and haven't used my big driver since. This is great because you don't have to look for your bits. They change in seconds by just pulling the top back, which pulls the bit you've been using out, you rotate the barrel to the bit you want and push the top forward and you're ready! I am really impressed by the torque this thing has. It has tightened every screw as tight as I wanted, and removed some that were pretty tight. You wouldn't use it for doing a deck, but around the house it's perfect.
