[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this tool for several years but the only thing i feel is a negative about it is the charging system, it sucks. It's like the cell phone charger. It is very unstable after several years and it broke. I think it's from pushing in the charger probably 100 times. There is a tiny piece inside that broke. I have opened it to see if I can get it back on. I will never buy this type of charging system again. Several years is a long time and if this tool didn't have the same charging system I would a buy a new one. I have found one like this with the revolving feature. I love Worx and have several of their products, I just wish they would change the charging system. In the pics you can see where the tiny part goes on the green panel. i will do whatever I can to fix it that's how much I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for about 4 years and its my tool of choice for household projects. And no, you don't need to have a giant paw to hold it comfortably; you can have a normal sized hand!! I highly recommend this for your toolbox.

The power is not that good

I'm not really happy about this purchase because the screw holder is very fragile and has snapped and broke on the first use. The power is very weak even on a full charge.

Not up to Worx standards

cheaply made; very little power, too light weight for even the smallest job - was never able to completely finsih driving even one screw even with pilot hole drilled; small pins used to attach screw holder to drill came apart for no reason; don't waste your money

Great tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife got this for me because of the screw holder. I have MS and my hands sometimes my fingers go numb and I tend to drop a lot of screws. She gave this to in hops it would help. I'll tell you what a life saver. In the fall I cover my screen room with tarps, needless to say I drop a lot of screws and get frustrated. The first time I used this with the screw holder it was GREAT no more playing drop and stop. I put up the tarps in no time, what a time saver it is for me. I also used it to take them off and not a one dropped screw. To me it's the best thing since sliced bread.

Motor is slow. Screw holder is is not worth using since screw slips out. This tool needs rework. Bit cartridge does not change bits every time.
