I have the WorX weedeater/trimmer which I purchased out of frustration in dealing with heavy, hard to start models. That was the beginning and have since purchased the Blower and SD Driver. I have been more than pleased with all three products. Well made, functional, super light and easy to work with. I like the weedeater so much I purchased one for a friend for Christmas. Great tools for anyone and especially light for a 67 year old female!!!

A few minor flaws

After using the Worx for almost a year, it can complete with some of the best auto screwdrivers of its size. Its battery life is decent and it maintains a high and consistent torque level longer than most. However, the main feature that distinguishes the Worx from other auto drivers is its ability to carry up to six bits internally. This is also the one area that needs to be improved. As it is, you still need both hands to change a bit, even with the addition of a screw holder over the original Worx SD. Also, the cartridge itself seems fairly fragile although it is made of decently resilient plastic. A cartridge full of bits was accidentally dropped (a fall of about four feet) and not only were all of the bits ejected, but the internal spring, plastic pin, magnetic core and the plastic core cover of the cartridge were ejected as well and never recovered, making the cartridge useless. To make matters worse, it seems that Worx does not sell replacement cartridges or parts, which doesn't make much sense considering how easily they break. Luckily they include two but if the second one breaks, the Worx SD's most notable feature instantly becomes an annoying detriment, as changing bits becomes difficult and tricky, making the use of any other competing drivers preferable.
