Horrible burning smell!

This product has an awful smell and makes my hair smell burnt. I’ve tried it at the lowest temps, with and without heat protectant, tried wiping and cleaning if and the smell does not go away! I would not recommend this product - it smells up my entire house when it’s plugged in.

Beyond disappointed in this tool. The curls do not last more than 10 minutes. Very expensive for something I am not using due to it not keeping curls or waves no matter all the different hair products I have tried. I tried returning but cannot find the original email so I have not had any luck doing so.

I despise it

Curling iron is too heavy, not easy to handle. The cord is ridiculous, stiff as a board and knocks everything down that is in its path. Dropped the iron once on a tiled bathroom floor and the curling iron chipped in multiple places. Curls do not come out correctly, sometimes flat. I’ve never experienced such a terrible curling iron.

Reviews are misleading

The spring feels loose so it takes some getting used to. The reviews were misleading as far as the size of the barrel. It’s rather big & not useful for me to use on the majority of my clients. I could have purchased the smaller barrel.

Love the length, love the feel, but it does leave a harsh line on the hair wherever your curling iron rest. I feel like I have to leave it open a bit.

Hello! I'm a Bridal Hair Stylist while this curling iron is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing to the eye it is not lightweight as it claims to be, it is more heavy than other brands Ive used
