Dear KXHM,
Thank you for your comment.
We do understand your disappointment with the ROG Azoth keyboard and the inconvenience this may have caused if Keep getting multiple letter when using the T key. To resolve this ensure the keyboard firmware is updated through Armoury Crate to resolve double-input bugs. Press and hold the Fn + Esc keys for 10 to 15 seconds until the keyboard flashes and resets. Additionally, go to Windows Settings > Accessibility > Keyboard, and adjust the Repeat delay to be longer or the Repeat rate to be slower. Furthermore, pull out the "T" switch using your keycap/switch puller and replace it with one of the spare switches included in your box.
Should you need further assistance with the product, please email me at cl-rodel@asus.com and I would be more than happy to help. I have only had this keyboard a couple of days but its a joy to type on. I have been having a great time with it for both office work and gaming. Also the noise this keyboard makes is pure bliss to my adhd brain haha.
