This thing is great! Like a full keyboard in a small package that works. You can run this over Bluetooth, usb cable or wireless usb. I’m using the key board for both my gaming pc and work pc with just a flick of a switch. Really like the storm keys over snow. The snow keys were to sensitive for me. What’s not to like.

Keys don't always go off when pressed. I play alot of MMO PVP and it has caused me to die from keys not going off.

We certainly understand the inconvenience this may have caused if the keyboard is not working properly. To resolve the issue, please check if the wireless controller on the PC is working properly, Windows and the WIFI driver are up to date. If playing online, please verify if the PC has access to a stable internet connection since this will affect the responsiveness of the keyboard. If these steps were performed to no avail, we recommend you send the product in for service to determine if this is a keyboard issue so this may be resolved immediately. Great keyboard. I like the feeling when gaming and when just typing up something. The compressed spacing with the full sized keyboard is innovative. I wanted the full keypad and when I found the design that was offered I found what I needed when I didn't even know it existed.
The removal of the wasted space where the arrows and the few buttons between the keypad and the keyboard was a great idea. Then sliding it all together.
The control key and roller in the upper right corner is great. I love it for volume adjustment and other media control. It even allows for changing to custom controls in the settings apps.
Now for the reason I gave the 4 stars.
For some reason, even though there are individual LEDs in every key, you can't manage them individually. can't do multiple colors on the keyboard at the same time. I was reading a few forums and from what I could tell ASUS said they were going to add that functionality to the app but never did. Not sure why. That would make this keyboard perfect.

Very nice keyboard. Like the wrist rest. A little more clacky than expected, but used to it now. Would have given 5 stars, but it was missing the USB cable to connect directly to my PC, and for some reason it is indicating it is out of warranty as of the date of purchase.
