Great keyboard for work and play.

This thing is great! Like a full keyboard in a small package that works. You can run this over Bluetooth, usb cable or wireless usb. I’m using the key board for both my gaming pc and work pc with just a flick of a switch. Really like the storm keys over snow. The snow keys were to sensitive for me. What’s not to like.

Keys don't always go off when pressed. I play alot of MMO PVP and it has caused me to die from keys not going off.

To resolve the issue, please check if the wireless controller on the PC is working properly, Windows and the WIFI driver are up to date. If playing online, please verify if the PC has access to a stable internet connection since this will affect the responsiveness of the keyboard. If these steps were performed to no avail, we recommend you send the product in for service to determine if this is a keyboard issue so this may be resolved immediately.
