I am 54 years old and was always a very good athlete until I simply wasn't. Always thought in my head I could do what I used to if I wanted but over time put on weight.
Recently I went out with a bunch of friends and we got involved in something very physical. It was a wake of calling for me that I had really let my body and my cardio go. I decided to buy an exercise bike but after some thought decided to go with the rolling machine because I wanted something that would give me more of a full body workout. When I saw this device on sale and you it was perfect for me because I also like to game and watch a lot of content and. I wanted something that would distract me while I was working out.
If I am bored I won't put as much effort into something or do it as long as if I am entertained.
I assembled the machine 3 days ago. Aunt have used it everyday since. I actually come home and look forward to getting back on it. And competing? Or just using it to watch Netflix, YouTube or whatever else I feel like doing on it. Great! Now that they don't put those apps behind the paywall of the subscription. But if you do get the subscription it adds so much more. I never thought I would have this much fun working out and getting back in shape. It works out so money areas of my body from my arms and my legs to my chest and my back that I always feel stronger the next day. Most definitely worth the investment for me.
I also decided to assemble it myself rather than spend the money and realized how easy it was. I watched a video on YouTube showing the assembly steps and it is definitely easy to assemble for one person but better for two especially with the screen. Be very careful with the screen or you could have a costly mistake.
This has got me so back into working out enough that I am also going to buy an exercise bike.
Come on what is better than that feeling you get when you have pushed your human machine. It is the only machine we have so we need to take care of it better than anything else we have ever owned.
