I've only had this about 2 weeks. The picture quality and field of view is great. The only issue I have had is I keep losing connection. Either timeout error 00, 5, or 10. I have had to power cycle it many times, sometimes it fixes it, sometimes it take a couple of hours. The app seems to be part of the issue since the live stream won't load so I restart the app and it comes up. Hope they fix these issues.

Please reproduce the issue, if possible. In the Wyze app, go to Account > Wyze Support > tap Submit a Log > select the affected device or service > select the relevant issue category. Enter any relevant details or associated support ticket request IDs in the Details section. You can also tap the + icon to add any relevant pictures or videos. Make sure the Send log files option is checked to ensure the logs are included. Tap Submit.
You can also submit a log through individual devices by tapping on the device, navigating to the device settings, and tapping Wyze Support > Submit a Log.
This one works way better than the other floodlight cam. It is high quality and never really fails as where the other version would cut off randomly, not record sound, etc. Get this one. You won’t regret it!
Easy to install, great material quality, fantastic picture quality. Absolutely no complaints. Could use a little more range of motion on the middle light.
