I really want to like this product. Thank you for wanting to make it better and asking for feedback. There’s so much I’ve had to try to figure out on my own. There needs to be a detailed instruction/owners manual with a good troubleshooting section.
When I’ve had to go through Wyze support there are many steps to finally get some real help.
Pets are identified as people, by the time I get notification, the person is at the door. The camera ( attached to the soffet) cannot be adjusted any further to give a further distance for notification sooner. When I have ambient light on, it’s kind of blurry. There’s no way to adjust the volume of the notification on my phone, so in the wee hours of the morning (the most necessary), I don’t even wake up.

The first night I installed it I got about 50 notifications for a person, but it was always just tree limbs blowing in the wind. Wyze needs to train their AI better. The 2k resolution is great though, far better than my previous Ring camera.

So far, I think the cam is excellent. It certainly has a great field of view, the lights are bright and illuminate what we need, and there are plenty of settings for controlling the sensitivity. My only complaint is that I asked it not to notify me every time it, captured motion of a vehicle, but it's still so anyway.

So far I purchased two of these units and they both are working very well the only thing I wish in the instructions they would tell you that you don't need the metal plate bracket if you're purchasing the plug-in adapter that would've been very helpful to know so I didn't have to try to figure that one out overall great product camera seems very good pictures clear night vision is spectacular

Great product. I love how easy it was to set up. The light is nice and bright but not as harsh as many flood lights can be. Very even lighting.
