I like Twelve south and think their products are quite innovative. Bought my wife the ButterFly 2-in-1 charger. Less than two weeks after I gave it to her, it fell apart as she was pulling her phone off the charger. Great warranty and quick response from support which I really appreciate. Manufacturing defects happen so bravo to twelve south for taking care of the customer when those problems occur.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

One minor issue. The magnet makes it hard to open .since there is no small lip to grasp and open the device so you can charge 2 items. Once you have it open it works fine. A perfect travel companion.

Other than there being no lip on the two halves to give you something to use as leverage to open the device it’s a great compact travel device.

Would be a great product if it worked. Within one week it stopped charging my iPhone, although the Apple Watch continued charging on its dock. Unreliable product would not buy again.
