Worked well with existing hardware

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was easy to connect with and install. Only had minor modifications needed to my door frame so things would line up properly, but it is an old door. Once connected it updated itself and ran through calibration no problems. Only issue I had was getting my existing hardware lined up just right so it would move seamlessly when actuated. The troubleshooting pages that came with the lock helped, and now there are no issues. Great product

Locking start

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product free for my honest opinion. The lock it self is a great idea but I did have trouble. My first problem was the install. I had to use three different plates to get it to fit. My last option was actually in the box not with the other plates. After that everything works. My only complaint is the connect needs to be 20 ft from the lock and the lock is only Bluetooth. Other than that great product.

The quality is really great

My husband installed it within 20minutes. The quality is best i can say. I will recommend this lock as it’s easy to install and easy to use.

A smart lock you don't even know is there

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate most smart locks. Some of them do away with key access, some of them have a capacitive key pad, some only work with proprietary apps, some of them look like trash.
And then we have the Level Bolt+ Connect. This lock has every feature I could ever want. My wife who refuses to upgrade to a smart phone can still use her keys, while I can unlock the door with my phone before getting out of the car. I can use it with my well developed Google home ecosystem. And it just works. Phenomenal lock worth ever penny.

Bolt Connect saved the day

I was never going to buy a smart lock until I saw this product. My husband replaced our deadbolt and viola my door is now smart. Really happy with it. Connect was a little tricky to install but now that it's set up, I love it. Alexa and I love it actually.
I would recommend this to a friend!
