Nostalgic and fun, but difficulties

I was anticipating having to build the cabinet. Parts were clearly labeled, none missing, instructions clear. Cabinet is pretty, with lit cupholders. When I went to install the screen (one of the final steps), the screen did not fit and took some effort to install flush with the table top. Plugged in - games started up and everything works as expected. However, one week in and one of the games has flipped upside down (player 1 controls, player 2 view) and is unplayable. There is no option in the settings to reverse this. I will need to contact service to determine how to troubleshoot the issue.
