The item itself is really good quality. I'm finaly not scratching my floor :)
I ordered this product after I had a problem with my chair and guys from customer service were fantastic and resolved an issue for me within minutes.

A cool and big floor pad

This floor pad feels good to step on an looks good with my setup. Only problem is it doesn't really stick to the floor, so when i move my chair while sitting on it, it pulls the floor pad with it.

Not big enough for a secretlab chair hardly if I have to move the chair at all. Struggle to get my chair back on it without is rolling up off the floor. Collects dust and what not easily. Probably better off getting a rug to put under my chair.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
