This headset was not for me

I know people who love this headset. For me, it was extremely annoying. There were several issues but the main one was that the ear pieces would not stay seated in my ears, even trying different sizes and seating methods. So the noise cancellation would go away and ATC and intercom volume would drop significantly. This was very annoying when in a terminal environment. There is a 90 day trial so try it but don't be afraid to return it - like I did.

i bought the headset a couple of weeks ago. it made a huge difference. i realized i was exposed to so much noise in the background. i strongly recommend the headset to all my colleagues.

No volume control

The noise cancellation is poor and there is a volume control on them either. The only volume control is by using Bluetooth then you can turn the volume up or down

Does not fit well over head.

The headset is too small and uncomfortable. Did not have return instructions. I mailed it back and waiting for refund.
