Sadly after getting a new phone, I am realizing my 14 pro max is too heavy for the pop mount. It will no longer stay suctioned and just falls down which is dangerous while driving. I’ve also tried sticking it to the windshield but the weight of the phone makes it not only, again lose suction but the actual stand falls over. I’m pretty bummed as I don’t know what I can use with my pop socket now. ):

Hi Courtney, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm sorry that you had a bad experience, this is not the norm, and we would be happy to know more and try to find a solution for you. Keep an eye out for an email from one of our dedicated customer advocates who will soon be reaching out to you.
Of the items in my recent order, this is the only one that works as advertised. That said, it will only be useful as long as the PopSocket adhesive continues to function. I got two PopSockets (one for each phone/case) and the adhesive will not function longer than an hour on one of them (heat?). However, the adhesive seems to be working on the other one, so as long as that holds out, this PopMount is quite useful!
This does not work if you have a Popwallet+ on a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. The wallet sits low due to the camera placement and when I used this car mount, my phone angled down due to the weight and it not being centered. It holds the phone securely, but just doesn't work with the popwallet on my phone.
I live Popsockets but this went straight into the the recycling bin. Did. NOT. Work. At.All.

Hi Michelle, thank you for taking the time to write a review, if your mount seems loose, we recommend rotating prongs 90º to use a narrower gap, also, we highly recommend collapsing your PopGrip when mounted and placing the PopGrip as centered as possible or have the heaviest part of your phone below the Mount, this may help prevent the phone from rotating/falling out.
It works ok but for some reason my adhesive is stretching and the mount is trying to come off my smooth flat dash. I'm hoping it's just a flook in my mounting placement.
