Hi Michelle, thank you for taking the time to write a review, if your mount seems loose, we recommend rotating prongs 90º to use a narrower gap, also, we highly recommend collapsing your PopGrip when mounted and placing the PopGrip as centered as possible or have the heaviest part of your phone below the Mount, this may help prevent the phone from rotating/falling out.

iPhone 14 pro max is too heavy

Sadly after getting a new phone, I am realizing my 14 pro max is too heavy for the pop mount. It will no longer stay suctioned and just falls down which is dangerous while driving. I’ve also tried sticking it to the windshield but the weight of the phone makes it not only, again lose suction but the actual stand falls over. I’m pretty bummed as I don’t know what I can use with my pop socket now. ):

Popmount broke

I bought this about 3 years ago and was satisfied for a while. Then as I went through the seasons (I live in NY), it kept falling off whenever there was a big temperature change. Hot summer days, cold winter days, pop went the popmount. Then today, it completely broke. The suction cup detached from the mount and the spring fell out. Very dissatisfied.

My car got totaled and it still stayed secure

I was at a stoplight when someone’s car rear ended me and shoved my car into the person in front of me. They totaled my car in the back, my muffler was hanging on by a thread, impacting my trunk, and breaking my bumper and grill in the front. And yet, even though everything else in my car flew forward to the ground and my coffee I was sipping went flying onto the dash, my phone and the mount didn’t move. It made it all the more quicker/easier to call 911 after that. I would recommend this phone mount to absolutely everybody and I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

It will hold my phone while on holder but as soon as I take it off I come back to my car and it has fallen off the window!!! Hate this

Car dash mount

So i bought this maybe a year ago, the order doesn't show up when i click on last 12 months in my order history. I thought it was less than that, but it's already broken.i noticed it one day when i got into my car and put my phone on it. Very disappointed cos i really loved this mount. I have a popsocket so this was perfect before it broke.

Not pleased with this Popmount

This Popmount was not up to standard. I cleaned the surface area and left alone overnight and then tried my cell with a popsocket this morning. If fell right off. The stick is not sticky enough so very disappointed in this product.

Loved it until…

Worked great, had to use the disk as my dash is textured. Left the disk in place and removed the mount to use in a rental on vacation but it would not stay put anymore, not even on glass. Attempted to put it back in place on the disk in my car once we returned home, and it seemed fine until I put my phone in it, promptly pulled right off the disk and fell off my dash. So it’s great if you want to place it in one spot and leave it there. I’m still planning on ordering a new one, it worked great until I had to move it.
