Flawed

Great laptop with major flaws. Ram issues cause laptop to restart randomly. Protective rubber stand came off and caused major damage to the screen. Love the concept but execution is quite sloppy.

We certainly understand your disappointment with this laptop and the inconvenience this may have caused. All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, and are built to last. The rubber coming off causing damage to the screen is a random problem. Typically, the random restart may occur while Windows updates are being installed and being applied in the System Registry. This random restart will go away once the updates for this laptop completed. Updates for this laptop are posted at: https://rog.asus.com/us/laptops/rog-flow/rog-flow-x13-2023-series/helpdesk_download/ . ASUS provides warranty coverage for the product. We recommend you send the product in for service to determine if the rubber stand off did cause damage to the screen so this may be resolved immediately.
