Nice model with the exception of spots.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is quiet. We haven't been able to figure out the method to use to stop spotting. We don't have real hard water, plus we have a softener and whole house filters. We tried different cycles, but spots still appear. I read more on the dishwasher and it appears this model recycles the water to cut down on water usage. The end result is you have still suds in the water while rinsing. In addition, some of the permanent metal pieces meant to hold up dishes many times get in the way to really load the dishwasher full. We have 3 shelves and it never seems to be enough. Two people three days of dishes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is expansive, powerful, thorough, and quiet, al in an extremely beautiful and elegant kitchen appliance. I could not imagine ever having any other dishwasher make or model for quite some time because this product meets all my needs and is built to last for many, many years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are really impressed with this panel-ready dishwasher. It is very quiet and we love that it projects the time remaining in the cycle onto the floor so you know when it will be finished. The racks are well thought out with plenty of capacity.

Failing after just 4 years

We've owned this dishwasher for 4 years now. In the last 6 months a loud noise has developed when it runs. A pump is failing. Researching, this seems to be a common problem. So disappointed. We bought KitchenAid because our previous one lasted decades. Four years is all we got on this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We love our dishwasher. The information and user guides left a lot to be desired. We have had ours for 16 months before we discovered how the air dry even was suppose to work. I kept complaining to my hubby nothing was drying. The door never popped open, then one day I came home and door was popped open and would not close. We said oh that is how it is suppose to work. Manual never explained how it worked or how to troubleshoot. Had to reset with by turning breaker off. Called for repair and of course they don’t want to cover under warranty. It has been two months and part came in. We will see what the bill is before complaining Morse about the issue. Our temporary resolution is open door manually. .

Happy with our purchace

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed this 3 months ago and are happy with it. It does spray the door, which is a little loud and unexpected, but in general it's a quiet dishwasher. I'm not sure that it's worth the price tag, but I like the 3rd level!

Love KitchenAid HATE the racks.

Purchased these when the heater went out on my previous panel ready that last 15 years. I absolutely HATE the new one. Nothing fits properly. Nothing, not wine glasses, not plates, not bowls. SO frustrating!
