Works well - very poor installation instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher works well. I like the controls and it is much quieter than our old one. However, I am not thrilled with the way the dishes go in the dishwasher. I think this may be just an issue of getting used to the differences from the old dishwasher. Also, I am compelled to comment on the instructions. Both the installation instructions and the user/owner instructions are very poorly done.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Still Learning to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this for a couple weeks now and am still trying to understand how to use. I don’t want to use the dry cycle for an hour but the dishes just don’t dry. I usually use the quick cycle, but would like the ability to have the door stay closed and use the natural heat from the rinse water to dry the dishes. When the door automatically opens, the heat escapes and the dishes never dry.

It's so quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying the use of the new dishwasher. It is very quiet, easy to use, and cleans my dishes well. I wish I had known ahead of time that I needed dishwasher salt, which I couldn't get locally. I ordered it online, and it came within a few days, so I couldn't use the dishwasher immediately after it was installed. Maybe the manufacturer could have included a "this is to help you get started" pack of salt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super quiet and cleans well. We also like the⁶ water softening feature as we have hard water. The top tray can get difficult to pull out, and the control panel could be bigger, but overall a good machine
