Love and hate relationship

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in August 2024. The third rack is amazing. I hate the open door drying feature. There is no way to turn it off. Just gets the cabinets wet above the dishwasher. Also the layout on the racks leaves more to be desired. I got it figured out but the design isn't great. But honestly, it gets everything squeaky clean
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's so quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying the use of the new dishwasher. It is very quiet, easy to use, and cleans my dishes well. I wish I had known ahead of time that I needed dishwasher salt, which I couldn't get locally. I ordered it online, and it came within a few days, so I couldn't use the dishwasher immediately after it was installed. Maybe the manufacturer could have included a "this is to help you get started" pack of salt.

Inferior dishwasher. Do not purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do not purchase! This was just below the most expensive dishwasher Whirlpool makes. I needed white and this is what they offered as the best. The door is super flimsy and after a week it is now squeaking. The door almost falls open and the racks have very little weight so they almost slip out. There are few ways to put your glasses on top rack . Not sure how you can stack efficiently. If I could return it I would immediately. The LG which they also own company is much nicer quality. So disappointed in this machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just fair for a very expensive dishwasher

While the third rack is nice, it makes the other 2 racks sit lower. Meaning you have to stoop lower to load the racks. It’s a back killer for someone like me.
Difficult to load the 2 lower racks, the configuration makes little sense and hard to figure out where/how to place the dishes. I watched the loading video and it was of little use. Most of my dishwasher need is for cups and glasses, occasional pot and skillets. Nearly impossible to load a &10” skillet on the lower rack. And the recommendation is to not load glassware on the lower rack. Glasses don’t stand up on lower rack and can be damaged. If you have a lot of plates the lower rack should work just fine.
On a positive note, the noise level is superb and the cleaning of dishes is satisfactory.
I do wish there was a heated dry option like I had on my old Maytag.
