It is brand new and doesn’t work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For now, I am giving this review because it does not work. I called whirlpool and they have yet to get back with me to assign a repair man to fix it. It’s brand new and it has never worked.

Good Dishwasher

My only reason for giving 4 stars rather than 5 stars is the manual is not very good. It was confusing to learn how to properly operate the dishwasher. After that hurdle, all is well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace an undersink dw that was no longer available. We are pleased with the way our dishwasher gets the dishes clean. We are a little disappointed in trying to load the dishwasher. The rack layout doesn't allow us enough options to load our bowls. One thing that does bother me, as a cabinet maker for 41 years, is that in the website photos the dishwasher is shown with the bottom of the door lining up with the bottom of the adjoining cabinets. That would mean that the door is 30 1/2 inches (the standard height of kitchen cabinets with a 4 inch toe board) when in reality the dishwasher door is only 28 inches. With a 1/2 inch gap at the top there is a 2 inch discrepancy at the bottom!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been happy with the overall performance of the dishwasher. The configuration of the racks is taking some getting used to. We are having difficulty finding a good way to load our bowls while having enough room for our cups. One other disappointment I have is that when looking at thand doesn’t line up at the bottome product on line, the dishwasher front was pictured as lining up with the cabinets on either side. As a cabinet maker for forty years, that means the dishwasher front should be 30 1/2 inches. The actual dishwasher front measures 28 inches and doesn’t line up with the bottom of our cabinets.
