Quiet operations

I previously had a Vornado fan which lasted for 10 years before stopping. Because of the great Operation of it I ordered this 1. I don't think that it produces quite as much air circulation and the cord to it is not as iong as the previous one.. However, still feel as though it's a good purchase.

Odd Plastic Smell When Used

This is my fourth Vornado. Love it. But, I had it running in a room and when I walked in a bit later, the room had an odd plastic smell. I don't know how to explain it, but it's coming from the fan engine, presumably. Never had this with any other Vornado. Hope it doesn't last much longer. Rather unpleasant. Anyone else have that? Should I return it and see if the next one has this issue?
Functionally, the fan runs great, as always.

Not as strong as represented by Vornado

I was looking for a fan to replicate the output of my 630 model as the 630 is poorly designed with the switch on the bottom side of the fan making it awkward to reach and there is no handle to grab the fan. I was told the 573T model was slightly more powerful but that model was much less powerful so I asked Vornado again about this 673T model. But that was also wrong as this model is also not as powerful as the 630 model
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got this item 4 years ago, almost everyday and all the time the fan is kept at the max setting and never off of it without any issues at all.

Love this fan! Hard to clean :(

This is the best fan for circulating air through a whole room. Unfortunately, it is is difficult to clean. Also, when on high the force of the fan it will move the direction of the fan position and tilt it upward.
