Though I love these ….I do have minus’s on this product! Did purchases on the site salt and pepper though I felt it didn’t hold enough/messy to fill/the bottom cap that you take off and on to get the product is not the easiest take off I think this could’ve been designed better and also had some kind of tray where these could sit on if didn’t to use the caps if you don’t use the caps then salt / pepper gets all over the counter! Wish I returned in a timely matter to purchase something else so all said above I’m disappointed

Battery stopped charging

I received the pepper mill from my daughter for Christmas, after a few weeks, the button popped out of place, it can still grind though but is unsightly.
The salt mill I received from my son, in a few months when it was time to recharge, it did not. Tried many times to charge it sometimes overnight but hit just is not working.

I’ve used the white-colored salt and black-colored pepper grinders daily since receiving them 10 days ago. I love them. Very impressive high-quality feel. They are quiet, lightweight and are very stylish with a glossy finish to the hard plastic. We turned the coarseness adjustment dial to the smallest, finest, possible and they dispense the perfect amount. Just press the button with thumb while holding over dish and the light shines on the food so you can see exactly how much is covering. One-handed operation. The capacity is not huge but is plentiful and filling is very easy with just a twist using two hands to separate the bottom. Once filled, place the top on and twist to lock into position. The see-through panel lets you know fill level but mine still appear full after using multiple times daily for 10 days. I am using pink Himalayan sea salt and organic black peppercorns purchased online. I am not using the included dust-covers over the grinding port as it was inconvenient with arthritic fingers to constantly remove and replace the caps since I use these multiple times daily. So, little residual crumbs do come out onto countertop after each use when putting them down. I use a square glass trivet to catch the crumbs to keep counter clean. Can’t wait to see my family’s reaction at next holiday dinner when these will be part of the formal dining room table setting.

Is your beautiful salt and pepper shakers, very quiet and smooth to use. The only problem I have is trying to get the bottom off. It is a little difficult.
