Unreliable After Short Use – Not Expected at This

I recently purchased the DJI RS 4 Combo for around $730, and unfortunately it started giving serious problems shortly after use.
The gimbal sometimes stops working suddenly, the screen intermittently does not turn on, and now even the power button has stopped responding. These issues happen randomly and make the gimbal completely unreliable during shoots.
I have recorded videos showing these problems for reference, so this is not a user error or setup issue. For a product at this price point, this level of malfunction is unacceptable—especially from a brand like DJI.
I expected professional reliability, but instead experienced hardware failures in a very short time. Very disappointed and would not recommend this product unless these issues are addressed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
