Honestly, I was hoping that the windmill would be a step up from the AC I had prior, but I’m not convinced. The larger unit doesn’t do a great job of even cooling off my small bedroom and yet the dead of summer, so I’m thinking I’ll have to figure something else out.

Nice design, smooth and quiet operation. Particularly like the complete lack of 'thunk' sound when the compressor kicks in gradually. Excellent integration with phone app.

I have purchased 4 windmill A/C units and have loved the easy installation and their appearance. Unfortunately, when I went to install 1 of the units after having it out during the Winter, the unit would not blow cold air. I emailed Windmill and was supported by two different people that provided fantastic service. They walked me thru the troubleshooting and then helped replace the unit when it was deemed irreparable. They were quick and helpful and truly supportive. The other units I purchased are working just fine but it’s great to work with a fantastic customer service team. I highly recommend this product backed by an incredible support team. Thanks Maggie and Eli!
