We were so happy to have found an AC that was quiet. When the unit started to malfunction, it was devastating as we had just purchased it in August of 2022. My windmill AC is great - but what is more impressive is the customer service! I had issues with the delivery, and the customer service team was very prompt and resolved my issue with a new AC asap. They’re great!
