Purchased a 6000 btu unit for a small home office. Easy setup and nicely designed. Was having trouble with unit cooling properly and emailed customer service. We went through some troubleshooting steps and determined the unit was defective. They sent a replacement that I received 2 days later. No jumping through hoops . Amazing. Thank you Windmill. You have made a lifelong customer.

We loved our Windmill from the second we took it out of the box. Instructions were simple and clear. Installation was quick. We got the unit for the window of a shed that we’re using as a little homeschool room. I don’t need the space cooled 24/7, but I wasn’t sure how the unit would do with intermittent use. It’s been perfect. We turn it on when we go out there and the room is cool in a short amount of time—during a hot Texas summer.
BEST PART: The unit stopped working. I tried everything. I reached out to customer service. They walked me through some steps. When we couldn’t get it working again, because it was still under the year warranty, they sent me a replacement. I’m floored that Windmill backs up the quality of their product this way. Next time I need an AC unit like this, Windmill is the brand I buy.

Absolutely ADORE this AC unit! Super sleek looking and I can operate from my phone -- I can pump the AC as I leave work so it's cool when I get back. Also VERY quite and great air flow.

Saw this elegant, quiet AC at a friends house. Ordered two, one small and one big. The small one was noisy. Sent a recording to customer service. Maggie responded that it didn't sound right so she sent a new one without me even asking for it. The new one came, and it is as quiet as it should be. Couldn't ask for more.

Love the aesthetic, eco friendlier refrigerant, and mobile interface. I wish I could set default settings. It's annoying to have to toggle back to auto fan every time I turn it on, especially when that's the setting it was on when I turned it off

Windmill is a quality company that stands behind their product! Getting a replacement A/C when mine all of the sudden stopped working, was a smooth and almost painless process…
The process of removing the old A/C and installing the new one was so easy. I am kinda whimpy, so I had my adult son lift it and place it… placed the charcoal filter and plugged it in and we were up and running! Easy Peasy! And man does this A/C get cold! I wake up in the morning wrapped up in my covers like a burrito…
