Replacied my kids AC with a Windmill- old one was loud, Windmill super quiet. My daughter who is NOT handy, installed it herself- so definitely it had clear instructions. Looks sleek and my daughter had said she'd seen lots of people getting these and raving on social media, now she's one them too, lol.

It’s difficult to express how beyond satisfied I am with this purchase. The windmill AC looks incredibly sleek and was -as expressed on the modern packaging- “a breeze to install”. Starts up quick and gets a room cool FAST! It’s hilarious to my when my guests give compliments about the design of my air conditioner, but they’re well deserved. Additionally the mobile app is everything you need with nothing you don’t; great UX all around. My roommate promptly bought one for his bedroom after seeing mine and i’m currently trying to rationalize the cost of purchasing a third for my home office. Windmill is on to something!

Love my new a/c

Just received my air conditioner. It's actually the 1st AC unit I've ever owned, I've tried to stay away from air conditioning but it's just been too hot these days. So when I did research I wanted to find something that was quiet and had a nice look kind of unair conditioning looking if that makes sense. Even from when you receive it and see the packaging you know it's very different. I love it and I really love that I have it connected to my Alexa or I could use their app the app to turn it on or off at any time. Or set it up so that it will turn on automatically if it's a specific temperature in the room. It does say in the directions that you need 2 people to install it, so I ended up hiring a task rabbit which went very well but I will say after watching him him install it I think I probably could have installed it myself. It took him all of all of maybe 4 minutes to do it. He asked what brand it was because he said this was the easiest to install because of the way the install kit is prebuilt into the unit. He said he's going to buy one for himself!

I love my Windmill window ac the beautiful style & design, compact size not bulky like the others. The ease of install, was a breeze and smooth quiet operation and installation myself was the best! I had a small damage with the packaging of box once delivered. Which possibly could have caused my unit to have an issue with the operation. I reached out an spoke to customer service (Eli ) who was very knowledgeable in determining my issue..Very kind concerned & very compassionate. He immediately put in order for replacement of my defective unit.. Glad to say i was back up an running perfectly..Kudos to Eli & thanks again for the Best Customer Service Ever‼ My new unit is working fine..I'm so happy i choose Windmill Ac as my (1st choice and only choice) for window ac's in the future & definitely recommend this unit all my friends & family.
