Best AC unit

Love this company and the machine! Customer service has been top notch. I love the functionality of the AC unit and the fact that it blends in so well. One of my favorite features is the Wi-Fi/App, I can easily adjust the temperature in my sons room without waking him up. We loved the first unit so much that we purchased a larger second unit. I highly recommend this company!

Windmill is a great/top-notch air conditioner. After years of struggling with window air conditioners, we finally found one that is right for our home, sleek ins design and works well for us. Windmill was very responsive to our need to replace a unit - emailing us on a weekend when needed!

The design of this AC unit is beautiful, simple, and functional. It definitely cools my space better than any other I've had. There was an issue with my original unit, but Windmill support made sure I received a replacement quickly, and working with support was a superior customer service experience. I love my Windmill!

I love it! Installation was easy, and getting to control it from the app is very convenient! It’s perfect for my studio apartment, and I wish I had gotten one sooner.

Original and modern ac!

There is a lot to like about this ac. First off it has an original and modern looking design. I really like the app, you can control the temperature and make schedule changes, it works very well with the ac, but I do wish they had voice control via google or some other assistant and I wish they only used one app instead of two. The installation was easy, and everything is pre installed which is a plus. I do wish they had a video guide to go along with the book instructions, but the book instructions are still really good and simple enough to understand. The ac cools and circulates air really well, and I like that it doesn’t blow air into your face. The ac is somewhat quiet but I wish it was even more quiet like around 40 decibels. I also wish that they could use more environmentally friendly packaging if possible instead of styrofoam. And I just love the little details they put into the ac like the magnetic filter tray removal, carbon filters, the clean side panels, and the way the LED light turns off to not disturb sleep at night! Overall this is a really high quality, well thought out ac unit!!
