The Windmill 8300 BTU works great, is packaged well and super easy to install. This is definitely the least amount of work I have ever done to install a window AC unit, so super convenient. I did have an issue with my first unit, the compressor didn't work but the company quickly resent a brand new unit and one of the founders reached out to make sure it was sent priority. Ill give this 5 stars because its tough to complete with the established manufacture's and they clearly care about their product quality.

This unit is perfect for my office (and cools my kitchen, as well!). My house is painted white, so the unit looks good from the outside, too! Customer service is prompt and courteous.

Sleek and elegant, inside and outside! Features are plentiful for an air conditioner including wifi and a user friendly app. Shipping was effortless and installation was a breeze (pardon the pun). Compressor noise is unavoidable but the fan could be quieter. Overall we’re very pleased and would highly recommend.

This AC is quiet which is very important when you work from home and are on the phone all day. I love the remote and the Eco setting—other AC’s are noisy and make the room way too cold. It’s much easier to customize the temp with the remote and Eco setting combined. Very happy with our purchase!

Nice unit to keep my bedroom cold

I got this for my bedroom. We have central air but with the 90+ degree days it wasn't cold enough for me. It was easy to install. My Husband and Son had installed within an hour. It is nice looking, not too bulky. I got the smaller unit and it keeps my room a cool 65 degrees. Love the remote control also. I am quite pleased with this purchase.

I bought two of the smaller air conditioners for my 1,300 square foot ranch. They keep the whole house cool when the doors are open. They were very easy to install, quiet and attractive. Love them!

Great (if not a little loud)

The Windmill works really well and was SUPER easy install. I do wish that it was quieter when running. The advertisements really pushed how quiet it is and to me it sounds as loud as our other cheaper unit. I do like that I can turn it on using the app though! As a cat owner, it’s been comforting during these hot days that I can see the temperature and turn it on while I’m away.
