Great customer service. Clean look

A good product with even better customer service! I love that it's a smart unit so I can integrate it with my smart home scheduling. I think there are some internal engineering design flaws that need to be worked out. But when something failed, they stepped up and replaced the unit for free after a lengthy troubleshooting process to try and fix it first. But I will implement the fix on the unit before I even plug it in and hopefully we won't have any more problems. It is a clean look for the installation. Way better than every other window unit out there. My daughter loves the look. PS. It comes with a pair of scissors to cut the weather stripping too!

I had a control panel issue with my unit, this company went above and beyond to rectify my situation and sent a replacement. Customer service was quick, courteous, and professional. Shipping was very fast. I highly recommend this company.

Quiet and powerful AC with some installation quirks

AC is great and very quiet. Cools the room easily and the App is useful. Only complaint is that it came with screws of different lengths which made it harder to install. Also on some windows with thick bottom bars there are some gaps

The ac was very easy to put in! Instructions were great. The unit cools down fast and is extremely quiet! Shipping was very quick as well.

Louvered sides don't seal

I am sure the AC is great. I've only had it in a few days and not operating it yet. Weather's not hot. However, there's a serious flaw in your mounting instructions. Please refer to my last two emails to your help team. I've not yet heard back from them, even though on previous resolvable matters I heard immediately.
