Don’t buy this AC doesn’t cool

This AC doesn’t cool below 72 degrees. I’ve been using it for four months and it cannot cool the room properly (and I’m in a small space about 120 square feet with no direct sunlight). I wish I never bought and want to warn everyone else. It was a waste of money I did not have to waste. Now I’m stuck with what basically turns out to be an overpriced fan. The filters are a joke don’t even cover the full space and the panel covers on sides are not as clean looking once installed. It’s awful.

I’m very happy with all aspects of my Windmill air conditioner: easy to install, cools well, very quiet, and the air does not blow directly at you. Also, looks great.

I've loved having my windmill

I've loved having my windmill AC! It's the perfect size for my small window in my home office. I have a lot of sun in my office all day (it's on a corner) and that's awesome for lighting but leaves the space really hot for video calls. It was super easy to set up and I love being able to adjust the setting from the app on my phone. So far I love working and not sweating!!

I need to return my air conditioner. It will not fit in any of my windows. I was stupid and did not measure. It is still in the box. It was not opened. How can I return it.

Yep it’s worth it

I really like it. The set up was pretty simple but I wish there was more than 1 long screws to install into the window. Apart from that, the unit is nice and keeps my apartment comfortable
If I were to request anything it would be to have some premade automations. Like turn down in the evenings and blow colder at noon idk I just don’t have the drive to figure out what the heck is going on for this. Some premade ones that are generic would be nice.

The hardest thing about the installation was carrying it upstairs! Appreciate the addition of the necessary tools in the box, saved a lot of headache. Looks great in the window, much better then the previous one.
