I had the best experience with Windmill, they answered all of my questions and were very prompt in getting back to me. Installation was amazing due to their recommendation through TaskRabbit, and my new unit is everything I hoped it would be. Thank you, Windmill!

The customer service is EXTREMELY responsive. The unit I first received did not work but the team was right on top of it and I received a new one and a little consideration for my trouble. The unit is very quiet and works great.

I just installed my second Windmill which is as good-looking and functional as the first. I love that the AC shoots the air up so it is not blowing directly on you but creates a flow of cool air that keeps the entire room pleasant. The support staff was knowledgeable, responsive and super nice.

App is horrible

The app automations just don't work at all about 1% of the time. It works great until it just... totally ignores the rules that were set. Just now I encountered a new problem, the app wouldn't communicate with the unit at all. I tried to manually set it to fan mode because the automation didn't work, and the app insisted it changed to fan mode, but the ac unit itself was still in cool mode. The ac itself works fine but I'm very angry about the spaghetti code app.

I just received my new Windmill AC unit and since we're probably through with the heat here in Oregon (hopefully) I asked a friend to help me put it in my storage closet until next year. I'm hoping it will make a difference in my 1-bedroom apartment. I'll be happy to do a review next summer. I'm looking forward to the quiet it promises. Thanks for what you do.

Powerful and looks great. I love that I can set the temperature from my phone while I’m out and have it cool when I get home (or turn it off remotely to save power!)
