The Windmill air conditioner was just as advertised. Easy to install and does the job! Nice design, too, doesn't dominate a room the way other AC can.

Maggie was extremly helpful and responded to every inquiry and question immediately. It was refreshing to deal with a true professional in Customer Care. She was also extremly pleasant to interface with. She guided me through trouble shooting the issue with my air conditioner. Her input was very easy to follow as was her direction as my husband was travelling for his job when we had the issue so I needed to address. Thanks again

Second unit that we bought. We like windmill but in this new unit the front grid isn’t mounted properly and makes a humming noise due to vibration.

My AC unit became faulty, and after sending in videos and communicating with Windmill staff, they sent me a replacement. They also informed me how to recycle my old and broken unit. The staff and customer service had quick and easy communication. I’m very pleased, and so thankful they replaced my unit since I had only had it for one year.

Does the job of cooling, not as quiet as expected.

Pros: Does the job of cooling pretty quickly and fan only mode is quiet. Easy to install and app works for me. Customer service was wonderful and very prompt/easy to work with.
Cons: Eco mode never shuts off when it reach's set temp on app. It is nosier than I thought to the point I worked with customer service to exchange for a new one thinking it got damaged in shipping. With the new one it's still the same noise (it's a vibrating noise like the pipes are against one another while in AC mode) so I'm assuming that it is what it is and I can't keep exchanging/returning ACs , but for advertising in it as so quiet (I have the whispertech one) I was disappointed.
It is a little heavier and longer than my old AC but they state that on the box.
