Aside from rattling filter, very quiet

Great AC! Very quiet, stylish, and easy to install. Only issue I had was with the filter, which rattled noisily at first. I fixed this with some duct tape and now the unit is rattle-free.

Fine AC, install sucks, panels are OK

Just a regular AC. I cried twice trying to get this thing in the window. It works nicely, not too loud and definitely powerful. The decorative panels look cheap and don’t sit flush to the window. I wanted to return it but that would have been too much of a hassle, and really I was just mad at how difficult the install was for me. I live in a brownstone with normal windows.

Absolutely love. I live in northern New England where up until the past few years you really didn't need AC. I decided to upgrade my dinky window box to Windmill and I am so impressed. I left the house to go run errands after installing and when I walked in thought the AC had actually stopped because it was so quiet. Going to purchase a second one for my bedroom as we speak.

Lightweight - I carried it myself up a 4 story walk up. So much lighter than my previous A/C unit.
Sleek - so modern looking and compact, not imposing and ugly like older units.
Very easy to install without the usual mess.

Because I am almost 80 I had my handy man install the air conditioner. So I can not tell you if it was easy to install. But is pretty quiet and look very nice and easy to control with the remote control.
