The Windmill AC unit is really quiet and works great four our 300-square-foot bedroom! Definitely better than even a portable AC unit.

Temperature Measurement Issue

Overall this is a fairly nice AC unit for the price point—it looks better in my room and is quieter, than many AC units. However, the temperature gauge—which measures the ambient air temperature in the room—is often incorrect. This is a problem because it means that it thinks the room cooler than it is and won’t turn on. I reached out to Windmill about this issue and they responded acknowledging the issue and basically suggesting I try and mess with the temperature gauge myself, by insulating it, to fix the issue. Not impressed that they are selling an AC unit that they know has this issue.

The team at Windmill is incredible. We had an issue with our AC and heard back almost instantly to troubleshoot and send a replacement. I'd highly recommend them to my circle and will be purchasing from them again in the future.

Love the sound level! Looks nice and was easy enough to install. Doesn’t seem to cool as well as previous (loud) AC is way heavier than we thought it would be!
