Great A/C with easy install

Very easy to install and user friendly. I knocked off a star only because it vibrates a bit in the window but that may be the window itself. Put a few shims in and its much better.

Fantastic AC unit

The design is sleek and it’s much quieter than the previous unit we are replacing. The customer service really is outstanding. I had a question about the size I would need for our room. It was a Saturday so I really didn’t expect to hear back from someone but I did and it was within 45 minutes. I also had a small problem with the unit we received and it’s been handled with ease. I also love being able to use an app to control it. Everything was very easy and were very pleased with the cooling and efficiency.
