I bought the Windmill 10,000BTU AC The unit is so quiet, that sometimes I forget that it is on. The room cools down quickly and desipte the price I would recommend it to anyone. It is at the top of the line.

Just installed my 5th Windmill AC. The process is a snap and I love the wifi option too. When I experienced shipping damage from a 3rd party vendor, the customer service at Windmill was superb! A replacement AC was sent in a few days. Try Windmill and I promise you won't be disappointed!

As luck would have it, I received a defective AC the first time around. Product support got on it right away, with numerous communications. Today I received a full replacement (actually upgraded from 8.000 to 10,000 BTU's). It works like a charm and cools things off incredibly fast and efficiently! This is our first AC (hard to believe, as we are in our 70's and somehow got by with fans). We are total converts! Anyway, our whole experience with Windmill and the staff has been perfect. Great product (and support). Thank you!Eric (Norman)

I've been telling everyone how happy I am with my Windmill AC. It is such a thoughtfully-designed product: energy efficient, whisper-quiet operation, visually appealing. I also love the fact that the cold air blows up at a 45-degree angle and can't believe every air conditioner doesn't offer this feature. It was worth every penny. The company's customer service is also terrific.

The customer service of this company is amazing. Sometimes. You take chances with smaller companies. And I’m so glad I took the chance with them. My room is ice cold and it’s amazingly quiet. I have the whispertech and it makes its promise. Any questions you have. They get back to you right away. Like. Right away. Maybe an hour response time. I love the product. I love the service. You will not regret your purchase. Thank you guys and gals at windmill. Keep it going

I had a windmill ac for over a year and it was awesome. I bought one this summer and had issues with the wifi in the unit. After some back and forth Windmill sent us a replacement unit. It was nice to see them stand by their product. Highly recommend Windmill for performance and now customer service.

This is a replacement model for a unit just barely out of warranty that, for some mysterious reason, started icing up. I contacted customer service who helped me troubleshoot it and it was deemed defective. They asked appropriate questions, like the size of the room, and then sent a new one. I can tell there have been some improvements, and it works great!
I would recommend this to a friend!
