Overall, I have been very happy with Windmill products - very smart invention to include sleek design and the covering of the side fan panels - how smart!!! Unit looks cosmopolitan installed and not messy. Everything fits pretty snuggly for a good look in the home.Thank you!

Been having issues since I received it with no help from the company

The unit rattles on certain settings and will not reach a desired cool temperature no matter how low I set it. The temperature will not drop below 73 degrees in the room. In trying to contact the company for help, all they have available is a chat bot, with a promise that someone will reach out. Almost four days later someone finally reached out. It's inexcusable for products like this. And on a side note, it's not that well constructed, mostly made of plastic. My cheaper basic G/E that I replaced had more solid construction.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
