Experienced issues but customer service was great

Our AC unit started to make strange sounds and upon contacting customer service, they promptly sent a new unit. Super pleased with how they handle the process. Satisfied with the AC unit overall. It’s great to have an AC that is not an eyesore.

We ordered two Windmill ACs for our downstairs. They did a great job of keeping our large area cool and were relatively quiet. Customer service is great and I look forward to using them next year.

They are very good units. Though I do use the higher than recommended BTU units for room size.

I love this air conditioner mainly because it tells you when the filters need to be changed and it's simple easy. The front cover is magnetic clean them, put them back on there chain. Let it know that you changed it and it's good. Also it blows air up and so it kind of blows up air up and out and I like it freezing. So all my friends have always complained about the air conditioner in my bedroom when they come in there but not with the windmill because it blows up and out and everybody's fine.

Windmill air is a great purchase - but I had issues w the side foam bars and they sometimes pop off. Otherwise - it cools a room quickly and efficiently. And looks sleek.

This unit is quiet and powerful! It works so well in our bedroom and was super easy to install. Over the record high heat summer we had, my pregnant wife and I stayed comfortable all day with this workhorse performing quietly in the background.
