Quiet but maybe less effective

This ac was super quiet but i also feel it didn’t get as cold as our traditional ACs. It worked well for my toddler’s room where I didn’t need it too cool anyway.

Exceptional Customer Service and a Fantastic Product!

This past summer I had an issue with my Windmill AC, which stopped working unexpectedly . I tried every which way to troubleshoot with the help of customer service. I couldn't get it to work and it was no longer under warranty. To my surprise, the company replaced my unit at no cost! Their customer service was outstanding, and they went above and beyond to make things right. Not only is the product excellent—sleek design, easy to install, and operates smoothly—but the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction truly sets them apart. Highly recommend!

Overall great, small annoyance

It's so quiet that any noise it makes is noticeable. I have it in my bedroom and at night there is a rattle that I'm not able to locate the source of and it drives me nuts.

This AC unit works well and is very clean looking compared to traditional units. Having a having the app to adjust it is a nice feature when in bed.

I love my new windmill

I love my new windmill air conditioners! So much quieter, so much lighter, installation and seasonal removal is a breeze. I happily took my bulky heavy 12,000 BTU air conditioner to our utility changed it for a $30 credit on my electric bill!

I have installed 3 units in my bedrooms. They are quiet and efficient, with a good looking design. Easy to replace the filters. Best AC window units I have ever installed.
