The air conditioner started to have it's own personality within the first month. Temperature would go up and down, turn off and make noises. I emailed the company and the issue was resolved within a few days. They impressed me to say the least as most companies do not back their product up. Thank you very much.

I have never had an AC like my Windmill. So quiet that I find myself checking to see if it's actually running. I also like the gentle breeze I get standing/sitting 20 feet away.

I've been pleased thus far with my Windmill window ac unit. Installation was easy, like how the unit blends into the room, and enjoy how quiet it is during operation as well as how quickly it cools the room. Had an issue with the first unit but customer service was excellent and remedied the problem. Looking forward to continued use of this great unit.
