The Windmill AC was a breeze to install! I am a petite woman and installed by myself. The window it is sitting is was easy also because it leans out to my deck about 4 feet off the ground.
It cools a room quickly and quietly. I am very pleased with the purchase.

Great unit, cools well and the design helps cool the room quicker which saves me money. I did have an issue and the company immediately reviewed and made things right for me so their ongoing service is exemplary. Best purchase ever. I highly recommend

I loved my Windmill AC, but not long after I bought it, the ground to the plug broke, rendering the unit unusable. After contacting customer service, I was delighted when they assured me that they would send me a new AC, and it arrived in less than a week.
Not only is the product fantastic (quiet, and perfectly chilling), but customer service is fantastic. Wholeheartedly recommend!

Very Quiet and Effective

I found this brand looking on a Home Depot site, but since it was a brand I was not familiar with I decided to do some more research, came upon their website and decided to order direct. The only issue I had was the bottom of the box separated from the top of the box during shipping and carrying it up the stairs it slipped and I was worried we damaged it. Thankfully it was not damaged. Install was super easy. I work from home on Zoom all day in the room it is in and my #1 requirement was that it was quiet. It is very quiet, especially on Eco. It also works really well keeping my space actually a little cooler than I need. Sometimes on Auto it does not shut off when it reaches temp which is a bit challenging, but I would rather have it cool too much than not enough, so all good.

The machine is great, but the service has been incredible!
When I had an issue, they gave me an entirely new unit. I would recommend them to anyone, and they definitely have my custom for life!
