The unit had a defect. It was making very loud noise and with vibration. Customer service respond quickly. They realize the product was defective and they sent a replacement on few days.

Great design and the unit is very quiet. Temperature readings not always accurate but you can compensate as needed. Great easy to use app for remote use as well.

I’m amazed how quiet and powerful this unit is! The last ac unit made it nearly impossible for my wife and I to have a conversation without shouting since it was so loud. The WhisperTech unit is incredibly quiet allowing us to bobonger have to shout to hear each other! Awesome product! Will be recommending to all my friends and family!
