It is all true. Easy to install, everything you need is in the box, instructions are clear, looks great, cools efficiently and is very, very quiet. Had a tiny issue and customer service was exceptional.

So far so great with my new Windmill 12k BTU ac . It is runs beautifully quiet and really is a smart device as it manages the temperature very well .
The design is a dream . Clean and simple . I watched the install and it went very smoothly . The app a pleasure to use for setting changes too .
