This AC unit works perfect. I love the automation setting to allow the AC to turn on at sunset and turn off at sunrise.

A/c made plenty of ice cold air but wouldn’t automatically turn off. Once I communicated with Windmill customer service, they sent a new replacement Free of charge . What more can u ask for ?!

It’s an okay air conditioner. My roommates AC actually is the same size and it get the apartment really cold. The unit I bought does not.

I love my Windmill. I ran into a small issue with the unit 2 years after purchase and customer service was excellent. Fixed the problem in no time. I would recommend this product 10 out of 10.

I love my Windmill products!! The customer support team at Windmill has been so supportive + helpful!! My AC unit was delivered, then stolen from my building. It was terrible! But they were really helpful throughout the process. The unit itself is insanely quiet, like it’s not even on + it’s keeping my apt cool during our first heatwave in NYC. I love that I can control the settings of the AC unit + oscillating fan thru their app!
2 HOT TIPS: Purchase the Onward shipping protection, it was a lifesaver! And purchase the plexiglass option for installation, I didn’t + regret it!

Almost perfect

Overall the unit is good. It looks nice, it cools the room well but the main issue I have is that it doesn’t remove any humidity from the air. I have the unit installed properly but it has never dripped water. This is a big problem because outside the humidity is often 70%+ and right now the room I have the unit in is 75% humidity. Ac units should pull moisture out of the air but this one doesn’t. I have it set to 68 degrees and fan speed on 3 so I’m not sure what else to do. I’ve had to add a dehumidifier to the room which seems counter productive at this point.

Noise was an issue with window AC units in the past. My new Windmill is much quieter and for the same BTU’s as my previous air conditioners it seems to do a better job of cooling. I like it a lot!
