Installation was easy! The unit is very chic and fits nicely in my space. I really feel like I got a window version of central AC. Hopefully once we hit 100 degree days I can feel the difference

Cannot Adjust Air Flow Direction

It's ok. I didn't realize the air comes from the top of the unit with no way to adjust the air flow direction. So it may not work for our needs. I assumed since this is a higher-end design that it would have that feature. The fan only mode is surprisingly loud. And right now the remote doesn't work. I removed the tab from the battery compartment but will have to troubleshoot why it's not working. As of now, I would not recommend this unit to others if you want to adjust flow direction.

Look, it works well, it’s aesthetically pleasing, but I find it hard to believe their marketing materials that claim it’s been re-engineered from the ground up.
At least at the highest fan setting (and lowest temperature) it is as loud as any other window unit its size, at about 63-67 decibels depending on the app.
Which makes it really overpriced. The only reason I’m not returning it is the logistical pain that would probably involve.

Very happy with this purchase! Cools a mid-sized living room pretty quickly as it blows from the top down rather than straight out. Attractive, sleek design - quiet functioning, easy install and operation. Highly recommended!

I have to say that I do not write many reviews, but I do have to give credit this company for an excellent product they produce. The AC was one of easiest to install. Also, the size was perfect for our room and works whether through WiFi or manual. The ac blows cold and maintains room temp extremely well.

The Windmill AC is a beautiful and easy-to-use product. They've considered every detail when designing this product, from the unboxing experience to the hardware itself. The materials feel high-quality and durable, which is important for a piece of equipment that runs daily such as an air conditioner. My only complaint was that I did not realize there were two different iOS apps based on when the AC was made, so that caused some confusion when I tried to connect the AC to wifi. Otherwise, it is a fantastic product that performs well.

The air filters out so evenly and cools the entire room. Definitely a plus for when your window is higher and allows for the air to filter out installation was a bit tricky but our window frames are really old so just be mindful of the wood. Otherwise it's amazing and worth every cent.

I’m extremely happy I bought this AC for my living room. I love that the air blows up because the only window I can install the AC is next to the couch. It makes it so much more comfortable. I’m amazed at how it can cool off 2 rooms with the setting on low. The true test was two 90 degree days and it held up! Only downside is I couldn’t cut the plastic panels easily with the scissors they provided but even without them the ac is still very pretty. Installation was extremely easy. I still can’t get the WiFi working though but not something I need.
