Technological difficulties

I bought this a few weeks ago and I am extremely frustrated because the voice over features do not work properly.
I cannot get the actual voiceover to stop talking. So now I’m hearing the actors’ lines AND the V.O.simultaneously.
And believe me, the AI voice cannot keep up the pace with the dialogue.I’m providing levity here, but in all seriousness, I’m unhappy with this purchase.

If your TV is announcing everything you do, Voice Guide is turned on. Voice Guide is an accessibility function to assist users who are visually impaired. It’s possible you’ve accidentally turned it on by holding down the volume button on your TV remote.
To turn off Voice Guide, navigate to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Voice Guide Settings > Voice Guide.

Here’s my take on why this TV has become a centerpiece in my home.
The integration with my Samsung devices and Ring doorbell makes my smart home feel cohesive. I can manage everything from my phone, which is as convenient as it gets.
I’m thrilled with how responsive and immersive gaming feels on the S85D. The visuals pop, and the low lag keeps me competitive in fast-paced titles.
The sharpness and clarity blow me away. Whether I’m watching movies or gaming, the picture feels lifelike, and the AI-driven Real Depth Enhancer adds a natural pop to scenes.
