Terrible Viewing and very little support so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have called twice. Had to call through the "troubeshooting" steps. Now waiting on someone to call me. Agent spoke so quickly with a heavy accent that I could not understand her. I had to ask her to slow down. In the end, she could not resolve my issue.

Stopped Working

Have this tv for less than 1 year it stopped turning on, . After Samsung gave me the runaround trying to have it replaced under warranty, they finally repaired it. Let’s see how long the repair lasts.

Great picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is great and the connection was easy. The only issue I have is confusion between TV and my Samsung soundbar. The inputs keep resetting on their own. Not a huge problem, I just have to hit the input button on occasion.

Breathtaking OLED

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the store some of the qled tv's look a bit brighter but in a dimmer room which is where I have my tv OLED cannot be beat. I know the next model up has qd-oled tech making it a bit brighter but I can tell you coming from a ten year old 4k this is night and day. They could offer the metal stand that they have on the other models but other then that I am more then satisfied
